Role OverviewThe Chief of Staff is a senior leadership role responsible for supporting executive leadership in driving strategic priorities, organisational alignment, and operational excellence. This position acts as a strategic partner and trusted advisor, ensuring effective execution of initiatives, coordination across functions, and informed decision-making at the highest level.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a strategic advisor and operational partner to executive leadership, enabling effective decision-making and executionDrive alignment of organisational priorities across departments and functionsLead and manage high-impact strategic initiatives and special projects from planning through deliveryProvide oversight on governance, performance metrics, and operational effectivenessPrepare executive-level reports, presentations, briefings, and strategic analysesFacilitate communication and collaboration between leadership, internal teams, and external stakeholdersRepresent executive leadership in meetings, forums, and engagements when requiredIdentify risks, challenges, and opportunities, providing proactive solutions and recommendationsSupport organisational change initiatives and continuous improvement effortsRequirementsQualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Policy, or a related disciplineMaster’s degree or MBA is strongly preferredTypically 7+ years of experience in senior management, strategy, operations, or advisory rolesProven experience working closely with executive leadership or boardsStrong background in project management and cross-functional coordinationDemonstrated ability to manage complex initiatives in fast-paced environmentsSkills & CompetenciesStrategic thinking and problem-solvingStrong executive presence and communication skillsAdvanced organisational and prioritisation abilitiesStakeholder management and relationship-building expertiseHigh level of discretion, integrity, and professionalismAbility to work under pressure and adapt to evolving prioritiesStrong written and presentation skillsAdditional InformationMultilingual (Arabic & English) capability is an advantageExperience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments is desirable #J-18808-Ljbffr
