Job Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and driven Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, sourcing top talent, and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboardingPartner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specificationsSource candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channelsConduct initial screening and coordinate interviews with stakeholdersMaintain candidate database and recruitment reportsEnsure timely closure of vacancies while maintaining quality of hireBuild and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field2–5 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisitionStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExperience using job portals and LinkedIn sourcing toolsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple roles simultaneouslyKnowledge of UAE hiring practices is an advantage
