Key Responsibilities
Support SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) implementation and enhancement activities.
Gather requirements and translate business needs into functional solutions.
Configure and optimise SAP C4C functionality.
Work closely with business and technical stakeholders.
Support SAP C4C integrations with SAP and wider enterprise systems.
Assist with testing, troubleshooting and deployment.
Provide documentation and ongoing support.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
We're Looking ForStrong hands-on SAP C4C experience.
Experience across implementation, configuration and/or support.
Good understanding of CRM processes.
Experience working with SAP stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
