Manager of Operational & Process Excellence – Real Estate: Directing the strategic planning and execution of operational workflow improvements across the organization's commercial and industrial real estate assets, developing property‑specific KPIs, and driving continuous development initiatives to boost asset yields and service quality.
2. Customer Experience (CX) Strategy & Operational Transformation
