They are now looking to hire a Creative Technologist - GenAI to design, test, and scale advanced GenAI workflows that sit at the intersection of R&D, production and hands‑on experimentation. This role focuses on building the systems behind the work, ensuring AI tools and pipelines are reliable, secure and ready for real‑world creative production. About the roleDesign, build, and run end‑to‑end GenAI pipelines covering diffusion models, video generation, embeddings and LoRA workflows Translate open‑ended creative briefs into structured technical builds that can be tested, refined and pushed into production Lead dataset preparation, model training runs and asset versioning within secure environments Maintain and support GPU infrastructure across cloud and local development setups Work closely with creative and production teams to ensure tools and workflows align with real project needs Prototype rapidly across multiple technical approaches to identify the most production‑ready solutions Coordinate with global innovation teams to align standards, share learnings and contribute to best practice Document workflows and harden systems for scalable use across multiple clientsAbout youProven experience building and managing ML or GenAI pipelines in production environments Strong working knowledge of ComfyUI, HuggingFace, LoRA, ControlNet and related GenAI tooling Experience working with cloud infrastructure such as AWS and GCP Comfortable working through open technical problems and iterating quickly Able to communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders Strong systems mindset with a focus on reliability, scalability and long‑term reuse Motivated by applying emerging technology to real‑world creative output#J-18808-Ljbffr
