Job Description
Manage daily operations of the powder coatingdivision, ensuring production schedules are metefficiently.
Develop and implement production plans that alignwith company goals and customer demands.
Monitor production metrics and workflows to optimizeperformance and minimize downtime.
Quality Control:Establish and maintain quality standards for powdercoating processes and finished products.
Implement quality control procedures and conductregular inspections to ensure compliance.
Address quality issues promptly, developingcorrective actions as needed.
Team Leadership:Supervise and mentor production staff, promoting aculture of safety, teamwork, and continuousimprovement.
Conduct training sessions and performanceevaluations for team members.
Foster an environment of open communication andcollaboration within the team.
Health and Safety Management:Ensure compliance with safety regulations andcompany policies in the production area.
Conduct regular safety audits and training to promotesafe work practices.
Implement initiatives to reduce workplace hazardsand improve employee safety.
Inventory and Resource Management:Manage inventory levels of raw materials andsupplies necessary for production.
Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveryand quality of production costs and identify opportunitiesfor cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
Continuous Improvement:Analyse production processes and identify areas forimprovement.
Lead initiatives for process optimization and wastereduction within the powder coating division.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancementsin powder coating technology.
