WE ARE HIRING – RETAIL SALESPERSON For Bookshop & Stationery We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Salesperson to join our team.

Requirements:
UAE experience is preferred Good communication and customer service skills Knowledge of stationery, books, school supplies, and related products Ability to handle customers and support daily shop operations Basic English communication required Available to join immediately is an advantage

Location:
Sharjah, Dubai and RAK

Product Knowledge: Know the inventory of books, genres, authors, and school or office supplies. Active Listening: Ask the right questions to understand what a customer needs. Communication: Speak clearly and politely to recommend items and answer questions. Organization: Keep shelves tidy, restock items quickly, and maintain a clean storefront. Cash Handling: Operate the cash register accurately and process payments with care. Basic Tech

Skills:
Use inventory software and point-of-sale (POS) systems smoothly (ZOHO & ALAMEEN). Personal Traits:
Patience: Stay calm and helpful during busy shopping hours. Attention to Detail: Handle fragile items and small stationery pieces carefully. Friendliness: Greet shoppers with a welcoming attitude to create a pleasant environment.
