This is a full-time position, carried out from our beautiful offices and studio in Dubaï. French and English fluency are required. YOUR MISSION 🚀 As our Live Streaming Technician & Videographer, you will run seamless and engaging live streaming events and will deliver efficient and clean product video editing. Your technical skills and meticulous attention to detail will ensure every event runs smoothly, making you a cornerstone of our team and contributing to the success of all our projects. Our sources of inspiration are Apple, Nike, Spotify, Disney for their obsession of excelling, having a worldwide impact and not just selling products but crafting experiences. You will be playing a pivotal role in making Paradox play at that level. ResponsibilitiesRUN FLAWLESS LIVE STREAMING EVENTSPrepare the Live Streaming Setup (cameras, sound, lightning, Zooms, Stream Deck etc.) Run the Live Event (managing the sound, checking if the video stream is running smoothly, launching pre-recorded videos, creating Zoom Sub-Groups for students, giving the Mic to selected students etc.) Be the technical voice and support for the Trainer and the Students when they’re facing difficulties with the Live.ENSURE A SMOOTH & STREAMLINED TRANSITION FROM PRODUCTION TO POST-PRODUCTIONCopy, upload & organize rushes post-events with rigor and great attention to detail. Ensure the safety and archiving of a large volume of media for our multi-camera shoots. Synchronize each project after backup to ensure smooth workflow for the editing team. Deliver replays of the events to our students in a timely manner. Understand that mistakes can happen, and to prevent them from being repeated, you continuously document your processes, while actively seeking solutions to encountered errors.DELIVER EFFICIENT & CLEAN PRODUCT VIDEO EDITINGEdit Online Training content for our students in a streamlined manner. Upload the Videos on our LMS Manage the back-up and organization of our video libraryKEEP THE STUDIO RUNNING SMOOTHLYManage the studio’s equipment, making sure that everything is there, at the right place, to operate when needed (batteries, optics etc.) Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and new technologies to provide innovative ideas and solutions that can make a difference.DO YOU RECOGNIZE YOURSELF? 😍 If you already live in Dubai or you desire to live there, and dream of an adventure with twists & challenges rather than a mapped out & stable life, then this job is for you Experience & skillsYou have already worked as Video Editor, Videographer, Audiovisual Technician &/or Live streaming Technician (internships or top notch school project counts as \"work experience\"). You are comfortable with video editing, and you get great satisfaction from getting the most out of a shooting. You have some knowledge of software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Media Encoder.PersonalityDrive & Problem Solver: You are ambitious, work hard because you love it, take ownership and get things done.
