About the Role
We're hiring a Technical Operations Analyst to work directly with our Managing Director and Director. This is an operations and admin role for someone with excellent written English who is also comfortable with technology: using AI tools, writing simple scripts and automating workflows, managing CRM, Data, and email campaigns, working on key projects and research across operations and technology. Responsibilities
Writing candidate summaries, profiles and job ads Writing, setting up and checking email outreach campaigns Building and maintaining candidate and client lists in our ATS/CRM Research for ad hoc projects Automating all processes end to end. Using AI tools to process unstructured data (CVs, profiles, notes) Scripting and automating workflows: data cleaning, list building, CRM imports/exports Supporting LinkedIn company page content Supporting key projects across technology and operations
Qualifications
Prior experience in operations, tech operations, automation, executive support or admin with strong technical skills. Strong technical background, comfortable scripting, can take a business problem, test it, and automate it. Prior experience in automation. Excellent written English (essential). Much of the role is writing, candidate write-ups, job ads and outreach Highly organised with strong attention to detail, and able to manage several priorities at once Technical background or aptitude, including the ability to write basic scripts (Python or similar) Hands-on experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude or similar) Comfortable with CRM/ATS platforms and spreadsheets Proactive, reliable and discreet Prior experience in automation
Position is remote in Dubai, but for the first two months, onsite training at Palm Jumeirah
