DubaiClient: Confidential (Government)We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner (Emirati) to join a prestigious government entity in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong HR generalist background with hands-on experience across multiple HR functions and a passion for partnering with the business to drive people and organizational success.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders to deliver strategic and operational HR support.
Drive and support key HR initiatives across multiple functions, including:Recruitment & Talent AcquisitionPerformance ManagementLearning & DevelopmentEmployee RelationsTalent ManagementOrganizational DevelopmentCompensation & BenefitsHR OperationsProvide guidance on HR policies, employee lifecycle, and workforce planning.
Collaborate with stakeholders to implement people strategies that support business objectives.
Support change management and organizational development with Family Book.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in at least 2–3 core HR functions.
Strong understanding of HR best practices and employee lifecycle management.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
Experience in a government or semi-government environment is an advantage.
