Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end cloud services and infrastructure operationsAdminister and manage Windows, Active Directory, Exchange, DNS, Lync, SharePoint, and monitoring systemsDiagnose system issues, forecast future capacity needs, and implement technical solutionsSupport demand forecasting, capacity planning, and operating budget allocationManage stakeholder expectations and resolve customer escalations effectivelyInterface clearly and confidently with senior management and customersLead, mentor and develop team members while ensuring engagement and performanceConduct data and security audits in line with business requirements and approvalsMaintain accurate documentation, records, and operational analysisImplement new procedures, processes, and technologies within the cloud environmentEnsure network and operations KPIs are consistently metCandidate RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information SystemsMinimum 9 years experience in telecom or IT infrastructure with strong cloud expertiseAt least 2 years experience in a managed cloud services environmentInternational certifications such as MCSE or CCNP preferredStrong experience with VMware, vCenter, network, and storage technologiesHands‑on experience with Active Directory, Exchange, Lync, SharePointExperience with monitoring, diagnostics, antivirus, malware protection, and patch managementSolid background in cloud security policies, procedures, and troubleshootingExperience with telecom technologies including voice, data, security, data center, and mobility solutionsSkillsProficiency in English and ArabicExperience using HP Service Management, Cisco ACI, UCS, Zenoss, VMware, and UCS DirectorAbility to work effectively in a 24x7x365 operational environmentStrong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skillsExcellent stakeholder management and customer service focusStrong written and verbal communication and reporting skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and perform under pressureSelf‑motivated with a proactive and solution‑oriented mindsetWhat
