- Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities ensuring adherence to project plans specifications and quality standards
- Coordinate and direct subcontractors vendors and site personnel to optimize workflow and resource allocation
- Implement and enforce stringent safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure work environment and prevent accidents
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress monitoring identifying and resolving any technical issues or deviations from the schedule
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in site engineering or construction supervision.
- Proven experience in managing complex construction projects within the [Specify Industry, e.g., infrastructure, commercial, residential] sector.
