Safely maneuver heavy equipment on diverse terrain, including uneven ground, slopes, and confined spaces, ensuring no damage to surroundings.
Perform routine pre‑operation checks and post‑operation inspections of the JCB Backhoe, identifying and reporting any mechanical issues or safety concerns.
Load and unload materials such as soil, gravel, and debris onto trucks or into designated areas, maintaining efficient workflow.
QualificationsPossess a valid Heavy Equipment Operator license or certification, demonstrating foundational knowledge.
Have a minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience operating JCBs and backhoe loaders on construction sites.
Demonstrate proficiency in reading and interpreting site plans, blueprints, and grade stakes.
Exhibit strong mechanical aptitude for performing daily checks and basic maintenance on machinery.
