This role requires strong troubleshooting ability, service ownership, cloud tooling awareness, and a continuous improvement mindset. The selected candidate will work closely with application, infrastructure, platform, security, and business teams to maintain reliable cloud services and reduce manual operational effort through ResponsibilitiesOperate and support cloud environments, including monitoring, alerting, incident management, and problem resolution.
Monitor production workloads to ensure availability, performance, reliability, and service continuity.
Respond to cloud incidents in a calm, structured, and timely manner while coordinating with relevant technical teams.
Ensure backup, recovery, and operational control processes align with business requirements and service capacity planning, resource utilization review, performance management, and cloud cost routine operational tasks to reduce manual effort, improve consistency, and minimize recurring issues.
Support application teams operating distributed cloud workloads across production and non-production environments.
Maintain operational documentation, support procedures, runbooks, incident notes, and reporting dashboards.
Review recurring alerts, incidents, and service issues to identify root causes and recommend sustainable improvements.
Collaborate with platform, security, application, and business teams to improve cloud operations change management activities related to cloud infrastructure, application releases, and operational controls.
Promote reliable operating practices that improve service quality, response time, and customer experience.
Ideal ProfileExperience in cloud operations, cloud production support, infrastructure support, or similar technical operations roles.
Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze cloud incidents and support problem resolution.
Familiarity with monitoring, alerting, logging, and operational tooling used in cloud environments.
Good understanding of backups, recovery processes, operational controls, service availability, and production support standards.
Ability to support distributed cloud workloads and coordinate with application teams during incidents or service changes.
Practical knowledge of capacity planning, performance management, and cloud cost automating operational tasks using scripts, workflows, or cloud-native automation tools.
Calm and structured approach during service incidents and high‑pressure production customer and service orientation with clear communication across technical and business teams.
