OverviewWe are hiring a Technical Engineer / Operations Engineer to support our Technical Operations Manager in day-to-day project and maintenance activities across various sites in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on engineer who can handle assigned tasks independently, supervise teams on-site, and ensure timely delivery of works. You will play a critical role in executing site operations, managing subcontractors, liaising with clients, and delivering quality work across MEP, fit-out, and ad-hoc projects. This position is ideal for someone who is technically strong, committed, and looking to grow into a senior operations role.

Key Responsibilities
Support the Technical Operations Manager in execution and tracking of projectsHandle day-to-day site supervision, team coordination, and work progress reportingEnsure quality control, snag closure, and timely handover of minor projectsAssist in preparing project reports, BOQ reviews, and vendor coordinationAttend client meetings, provide updates, and resolve operational challengesManage subcontractors and technicians to meet performance KPIsReview technical drawings, coordinate material deliveries, and conduct inspectionsMaintain HSE standards and ensure site documentation is completeRequirements3–5 years of relevant experience in UAE in technical operations, project execution, or facility managementStrong understanding of MEP systems, civil works, and fit-out executionAbility to manage minor to mid-size technical projects independently with minimal supervisionHands-on knowledge of snagging, site supervision, vendor coordination, and client updatesPrior experience in residential, commercial, or retail portfolios is an advantageAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlinesProficient in MS Office, basic AutoCAD/technical drawings, and project tracking toolsExcellent communication and documentation skillsValid UAE Driving License is mandatoryDiploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering is preferredAbout the CompanyLynx International is a multi-vertical group headquartered in Dubai Production City, specializing in Real Estate Services, Integrated Facility Management, Technical Contracting, Interior Decor Fit-outs and Global Trading.
