You will use a range of evidence-based modalities to support clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and other mental health challenges.

Key Responsibilities
Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapyConduct initial assessments and ongoing therapeutic monitoringDevelop personalised treatment plans using evidence-based approachesMaintain safe, ethical, and confidential therapeutic relationshipsCommunicate and collaborate with families and other professionalsMaintain timely, accurate clinical documentationParticipate in peer supervision and continuing professional developmentMinimum QualificationsMaster's degree or higher in Psychotherapy, Counselling, or related fieldValid DHA, DOH, or MOHAP licence (or eligibility to obtain)Minimum 2 years post-qualification psychotherapy experienceTraining in CBT, psychodynamic, or integrative therapeutic modelsPreferred QualificationsExperience with children and adolescentsTraining in EMDR, DBT, or schema therapyCross-cultural therapy experienceUAE Licensing RequirementsThis role requires a valid UAE healthcare professional licence issued by the Dubai Health Authority (DHA), Department of Health Abu Dhabi (DOH), or Ministry of Health and Prevention (MOHAP). Applicants must hold, or be eligible to obtain, the relevant licence before providing services. CompensationEarn 75% commission on all completed and fully paid therapy sessions, intervention programmes, and approved consultation services.
Commission is based on completed appointments that have been paid by the client.
Payments are processed monthly.
Independent contractor position.
