Job RoleThe Manager of Supervision will be working as part of a Compliance Team, responsible for overseeing licensees' adherence to regulatory requirements. They will play a critical role in coordinating engagements, monitoring and evaluating compliance programs, assessing internal controls, and monitoring reporting submissions.Develop a comprehensive understanding of industry best practices, product innovations and developments within the regulatory landscape.Examine gaming operators' internal controls (policies and processes) for compliance with regulatory requirements, demonstrating accuracy and consistency in documentation of reviews and identifying best practice and making relevant recommendations.Conduct assessments of implemented processes and information to validate their relevance to compliance documentation and provide structured, high-quality feedback and recommendations.Analyse data and regulatory reporting to identify trends, anomalies, and potential risks, and elevate accordingly.Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation to communicate findings, observations, and recommendations in line with departmental practices.Conduct regular inspections and assessments of gaming establishments to assess their adherence to regulatory requirements.Communicate and coordinate supervision and operator related activities within the organization.Provide input on regulatory requirements, standards, and best practices to enhance the effectiveness of the regulatory framework and contribute to the development and revision of gaming regulations, policies, and guidelines.
