Requirements:
812 years of experience in QA/QC, expert in fabrication, engineering, or oil & gas projectsCSWIP Welding Inspector certification MandatoryMechanical Engineering Degree/Diploma preferredStrong knowledge of welding inspection, WPS/PQR, welder qualification and NDTGood knowledge of AWS, ISO, CE and other applicable standardsExperience in preparing and implementing ITP, QCP, inspection reports and quality documentationAbility to manage NCRs, corrective actions and client/third-party inspectionsExperience coordinating with production, engineering, clients and third-party inspectorsStrong leadership, communication and problem-solving skillsUAE fabrication experience will be an advantageKey
Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise the complete QC department of 8 Personnel.
Ensure fabrication activities comply with approved drawings, specifications and standardsMonitor welding and fabrication quality at all stagesReview WPS/PQR, weld maps, material certificates and inspection recordsCoordinate NDT activities and third-party inspectionsEnsure proper quality documentation and traceabilityIdentify quality issues and implement corrective/preventive actionsMaintain and continuously improve the companys QMS
