About the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for our clients. You will represent our Babysitting, Nanny, and Housekeeping services, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while supporting sales, scheduling, and client inquiries. This role requires strong communication skills, a sales mindset, and the ability to manage multiple client interactions efficiently through phone and chatbot channels.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for clients via phone and chatbot, delivering outstanding customer supportHandle client inquiries related to Babysitting, Nanny, and Housekeeping services with professionalism and accuracyPromote and sell services using effective tele-sales techniquesManage online calendars, bookings, and client scheduling efficientlyResolve customer concerns and complaints with empathy and a solution-oriented approachMaintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales activitiesConsistently meet or exceed individual and team service quality and sales targetsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfactionQualifications & RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent (required)Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Customer Service, Tele Sales, BPO, or Call Centre environmentsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindsetFamiliarity with telecommunication systems, CRM tools, and online scheduling softwareSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independentlyStrong organizational and time-management skillsPreferred AttributesExperience in service-based industries (e.g., home services, childcare, or hospitality)Proven ability to handle high call/chat volumes while maintaining service qualitySales-driven attitude with a passion for helping customers
