DPFM Clinic is committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care across specialties. As we continue to expand our mental health services, we are looking for a DHA Licensed Clinical Psychologist to join our team on a part-time, revenue-share basis.
This opportunity is ideal for Clinical Psychologists seeking flexible working days and hours while building and growing their caseload within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.

About Us
At DPFM Clinic, we are dedicated to delivering comprehensive and compassionate healthcare services. Our multidisciplinary team works collaboratively to provide integrated care that supports both physical and mental wellbeing.
Role OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Clinical Psychologist with strong clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. UAE experience is preferred but not ideal candidate is confident in managing a diverse caseload and delivering evidence-based psychological care within a collaborative healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct psychological assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
Deliver evidence-based individual and group therapy.
Manage cases involving children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.
Develop, implement, and review treatment plans based on client progress.
Maintain accurate and compliant clinical with psychiatrists, family medicine doctors, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals.
Provide psychoeducation and crisis intervention when required.
Participate in professional development and clinic License as Clinical Psychologist (mandatory).
Master's Degree or Doctorate in Clinical Psychology.
UAE experience preferred.
Strong clinical assessment and therapeutic skills.
Experience in evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as CBT, ACT, DBT, EMDR, integrative models, or similar.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
Commitment to patient-centered care and professional development.
