Sales Manager – Leisure & Groups will drive revenue growth through leisure sales and elite group delegations while building strong relationships with leisure MICE/Corporate partners. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute sales strategies targeting high-net-worth individuals, travel advisors, and luxury travel partners. Build and maintain relationships with key travel agencies, concierges, and DMCs to drive leisure bookings. Design and promote bespoke packages, experiences, and itineraries reflecting the resort’s exclusivity. Manage the full leisure sales cycle, including inquiries, proposals, contracts, and post-stay follow-up. Collaborate with marketing, F&B, and operations teams to create seasonal campaigns, promotions, and unique guest experiences. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new leisure opportunities. Represent the resort at luxury travel trade events, roadshows, and networking opportunities.Group Sales ResponsibilitiesDrive group and event revenue, including corporate events, conferences, weddings, and private gatherings. Build and maintain relationships with event planners, corporate clients, and key partners. Prepare tailored proposals, contracts, and quotes for group bookings, ensuring alignment with client objectives and resort capabilities. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of group experiences. Track group sales performance, pipeline, and market intelligence to inform strategies. Represent the resort at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury hotel sales, with proven success in group and leisure segments. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain strategic relationships. Knowledge of Salesforce systems and sales analytics.
