The ideal candidate will support the bakery kitchen by preparing high-quality baked goods and assisting in maintaining a clean and efficient work environment. ResponsibilitiesAssist in the preparation and baking of a variety of bread, pastries, and other bakery items following established recipes and standards. Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in the bakery area at all times. Work closely with the head baker and pastry chefs to ensure timely production and delivery of baked goods. Measure and prepare ingredients accurately as per recipes. Monitor the quality of products and report any discrepancies to senior chefs. Follow health and safety guidelines meticulously to maintain a safe working environment.
