Junior Accountant

Al Haktur IT Solutions, a growing technology and services company based in Dubai, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support our finance team. This role is ideal for candidates who have a strong interest in accounting, enjoy working with numbers, and are eager to build their career in a fast-paced IT environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in maintaining accurate accounting records and financial documentationRecord daily transactions, invoices, expenses, and paymentsSupport month-end and year-end closing activitiesPerform bank reconciliations and assist with cash flow monitoringPrepare basic financial reports and statements for management reviewAssist in VAT filing and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulationsCoordinate with vendors and internal departments for payment follow-upsSupport senior accountants and auditors during reviews and auditsEnsure confidentiality and accuracy of financial data at all times
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field0–2 years of accounting experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reportingProficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software is an advantageStrong attention to detail and numerical accuracyGood communication and organizational skillsAbility to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
