Experience with visualization tools such as Rhino, Enscape, Lumion,Twinmotion, Adobe Suite Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills. Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and quality standards in the region. Understanding of Civil/Structural Design drawings Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Architecture or related field. Experience with large-scale/mixed-use projects and regional work preferred. Minimum of 10-15+ years of experience in architectural and site planning, with a focus on large-scale Industrial projects Proven track record of successful project delivery and client satisfaction Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex design concepts to diverse audiences Strong leadership and team management abilities Advanced problem-solving and critical thinking skills Familiarity with construction methodologies and materials Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Willingness to travel to project sites as needed Reporting: Prepare and present progress reports to clients and stakeholders, highlighting any deviations from the plan and proposed solutions. #J-18808-Ljbffr
