Key Responsibilities System Installation and Configuration: Lead the installation and configuration of robotic surgical systems in healthcare institutions, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and guidelines; provide technical expertise during the setup process to optimize system performance. Troubleshooting and Technical Support: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to robotic systems through remote support or on-site intervention; collaborate with Clinical team to provide timely and effective solutions to end-users. Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for robotic systems to minimize downtime and ensure continuous functionality; conduct routine inspections and updates to prevent potential issues. Training and Documentation: Deliver technical training to healthcare professionals and internal staff on the use and maintenance of robotic surgical systems; create and update technical documentation, manuals, and troubleshooting guides.
