OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our client and to be based in Dubai. As a leader in providing advanced technology solutions for the hospitality industry, they are looking for a professional who can drive revenue growth, develop strategic sales initiatives, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders. This role is ideal for a results-oriented individual with a proven track record in complex solution selling and a deep understanding of the marketplace. ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute sales initiatives to drive revenue growth across all products and services. Create and manage an annual sales business plan, ensuring alignment with monthly objectives. Analyze competitive programs, market opportunities, and industry trends to identify growth opportunities. Implement professional and innovative sales strategies to maximize profitability. Collaborate with the business unit to design and execute sales programs and promotional strategies. Provide detailed monthly reports and updates to the management team. Work closely with the management team to optimize sales activities, focus, and solution expertise within targeted accounts or sectors. Establish and nurture relationships with senior-level executives ("C-level") to identify customer needs and align them with tailored solutions. QualificationsA minimum of 10 years of experience in defining, articulating, and selling comprehensive product strategies through direct and channel sales. Proven track record in complex solution selling, particularly within a specific sector. Extensive experience in selling to C-level executives and a strong network within the marketplace. Exceptional business acumen, including knowledge of business operations, market trends, and competitive strategies. A results-driven sales management professional with the ability to adapt strategies to achieve goals effectively. Day-to-DayLead and oversee sales activities to ensure targets are met or exceeded. Engage with clients at senior levels to understand their business needs and propose tailored solutions. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry. Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives. Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
