Posted On 28 Nov, 2025 Type Permanent Job Category Retail Banking Job Purpose: The Assistant Manager, Real Estate Finance products is responsible for assisting the product manager and sales team in a day to day activities within the division The role ensures timely delivery of projects assigned, managed product related policy and process related changes Assist in making sure the product related documents, contracts, process and polices are in compliance to UAE CB regulatory guidelines Key Accountabilities: New product development and positioning based on market dynamics in order to ensure that HF product/portfolio is a market leader Product management for all active products to ensure HF products are profitable End-to-End systems owner for all HF related systems in order to ensure HF business runs smoothly Focus on brand development & marketing initiatives for product positioning within the Home Finance industry in the market Ensure Sharia governance across all products, processes, and services offered by the Home Finance Business Management of institutional partner relationships such as vendors (Takaful / Evaluators) and other partners to ensure that deliverables from partners to the HF business continues without any hindrance Leading Business Development initiatives to increase opportunities for Sales via: Developer relationships Business-wide strategic partnerships Third party relationships Ensure all assigned tasks and projects are executed within the approved policies, procedures and SLAs of the department Ensure compliance with the approved policies, procedures, SLAs and regulatory requirements to maintain quality standards and ensure risk mitigation Review product performance and deliverables in line with the approved KPI's to ensure meeting desired objectives Key Skills: Product Management – Advanced Complaints Management - Basic Regulatory and Compliance Knowledge - Expert Home Financing Regulatory Requirements - Expert Developer Relationship Management - Intermediate Think & Act Customer - Basic Business & Strategic Acumen - Intermediate Ownership & Accountability - Advanced Change & Innovation Agility - Intermediate Plan & Execute to Excel - Expert Digital Mindset - Expert Qualifications & Experience: MBA or Post Graduate Degree in Business from local or internationally recognized and reputable institute Minimum Experience: Minimum 4-6 years of banking experience with at least 1 year experience in product development Language Skills : Arabic & English Email address * Sharjah Islamic Bank (SIB) started servicing the society in 1975; providing banking services to individuals and companies.
