Key Responsibilities
Lead governance performance and commercial oversight across a strategic infrastructure portfolio.
Drive value creation through asset optimisation, refinancing, commercial negotiations and strategic operational and financial performance, managing risk and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Support investment decisions, portfolio growth and new development opportunities.
Build relationships with shareholders, boards, joint venture partners and executive stakeholders.
Qualifications15+ years experience within power, utilities, infrastructure or energy asset management. Strong background in portfolio management, corporate governance and investment oversight. Commercial expertise across project finance, financial modelling, refinancing and value creation. Experience working with complex stakeholder and joint venture structures. Degree in Engineering, Finance, Business or a related discipline; MBA/CFA advantageous.
