The ideal candidate will troubleshoot complex issues, optimize cloud resources, and ensure seamless IT operations across the organization. This onsite role in Dubai requires hands‑on expertise in AWS services, cloud architecture, and IT support best practices.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide advanced technical support for AWS cloud infrastructure and related IT systemsMonitor, maintain, and optimize AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudWatch, IAM, and VPCDeploy, configure, and manage cloud resources and applicationsManage user accounts, permissions, and access control in AWS and enterprise systemsImplement and maintain security best practices in cloud and IT environmentsTroubleshoot complex networking, server, and application issuesDocument support procedures, incidents, and solutionsCollaborate with internal teams to design and implement IT solutionsSupport backup, disaster recovery, and system maintenance proceduresRequired Skills & TechnologiesNetworking: DNS, VPN, TCP/IP, firewall configuration, load balancersIT Support: incident management, problem resolution, ticketing tools (ServiceNow/Jira)Scripting/Automation: Python, Bash, or PowerShellSecurity: IAM, KMS, security groups, compliance standardsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in IT support with extensive AWS exposureStrong understanding of cloud computing concepts and AWS architectureExcellent problem‑solving and communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPreferredAWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate or AWS Certified SysOps AdministratorExperience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Jira Service DeskSeniority level: Mid‑Senior levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Information TechnologyIndustries: Wireless Services, Telecommunications, and Communications Equipment Manufacturing#J-18808-Ljbffr
