Junior AI Business Analyst

Supports the design and implementation of AI-driven and data-led business solutions for UAE-based operations and regional clients. The role focuses on translating business and regulatory requirements into structured AI and analytics use cases while supporting delivery teams with documentation, testing, and performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities
Business & Process AnalysisAnalyse UAE-based business processes across functions such as finance, HR, sales, operations, and complianceDocument current-state and future-state workflows aligned with AI or automation initiativesTranslate business needs into clear AI, data, or system requirements (BRDs, FRDs, user stories)AI & Data Use Case SupportAssist in identifying AI use cases relevant to UAE businesses (forecasting, customer insights, compliance checks, workflow automation, chatbots)Support definition of data requirements, assumptions, and constraints for AI modelsHelp define success metrics, KPIs, and measurable business outcomesStakeholder CoordinationWork closely with internal departments and external vendors/consultantsSupport workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and user discussionsCommunicate analysis clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersTesting, Validation & MonitoringSupport UAT for AI tools, dashboards, and automated workflowsAssist in validating outputs against business expectations and regulatory requirementsMonitor performance indicators and flag anomalies or improvement opportunitiesGovernance, Compliance & DocumentationMaintain structured documentation for AI solutions, data sources, assumptions, and controlsSupport adherence to UAE data protection regulations and internal governance frameworksAssist in documenting AI transparency, controls, and responsible-use
