If you answered yes, then we have some amazing opportunities for you Role Summary The Head of M&A leads the Group’s acquisition, investment, and partnership activities. This role is responsible for sourcing opportunities, evaluating strategic fit, managing deal execution, and ensuring successful integration to support the Group’s growth and expansion plans. Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and drive the Group’s M&A strategy in line with growth and market expansion goals. Build and own the M&A pipeline by sourcing acquisition and investment opportunities across target markets. Lead commercial, strategic, and financial assessment, including valuation, synergy analysis, and investment thesis. Manage end-to-end transaction execution, from deal structuring and due diligence to negotiation and closing. Partner with Legal, Finance, Product, Compliance, and Operations to ensure seamless execution and regulatory alignment. Present deal rationale, financial outcomes, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and the Board. Lead post-merger integration planning, ensuring value delivery and business continuity. Manage external advisors and stakeholders, including banks, consultants, and legal partners.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred. 8–12+ years of experience in M&A, corporate development, investment banking, or private equity. Strong financial modelling and valuation skills. Demonstrated experience leading cross-border or multi-stakeholder transactions.SkillsStrong commercial judgment and analytical thinking. Effective communicator with executive presence. Negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities.
