Manage brand positioning, messaging, and ensure consistency across all platforms. Collaborate with sales, product, and other departments to align marketing strategies with business objectives. Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities. Own and optimize the marketing budget for maximum ROI. Track and report on key performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and overall marketing performance. Build relationships with media, partners, and industry influencers to enhance brand visibility. Drive PR, communications, and thought leadership initiatives. RequirementsBachelor\'s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience (typically 8+ years) in marketing roles with at least 3–5 years in a leadership position. Strong understanding of both B2B and B2C marketing (as applicable). Hands-on experience with digital marketing, analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM, SEO/SEM, etc.). Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
