ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain the Family Office Investment Policy StatementSet strategic and tactical asset allocation across public and private asset classesSource, evaluate and execute direct investments, co-investments and fund commitmentsOversee portfolio performance and select and monitor external fund managersManage wealth structuring, succession planning and regulatory complianceEstablish investment committee, risk management framework and KYC/AML controlsDeliver consolidated reporting and manage private bank and adviser relationshipsBuild, lead and develop the Family Office investment and finance teamRequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related fieldMinimum 15 years in investment management, private equity or family officeAt least 5 years in a senior leadership roleExperience at a tier-one global financial institutionProven track record managing multi-asset portfolios and direct private investmentsKnowledge of wealth structuring and UAE (DIFC, ADGM) regulatory and tax environmentExperience working with a principal or ultra-high-net-worth family in the GCCReal estate investment expertise and established network of private banks and fund managersPreferred QualificationsMBA, CFA or CAIAAbout the CompanyAHS is a group with a family office overseeing private investments.
