About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade solutions in the UAE. The ideal candidate will leverage blockchain and AWS technologies to build scalable, secure and high-performance systems, collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive technical strategy and and lead the technical architecture for blockchain and AWS-based solutionsTranslate business requirements into detailed architectural designs diagrams and specificationsCollaborate with development QA and DevOps teams to ensure proper implementation of architectural standardsConduct architecture reviews and enforce governance security and compliance policiesDevelop proof-of-concepts and pilot projects to evaluate new technologies and approachesProvide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams fostering best practicesEvaluate and integrate emerging technologies to enhance platform performance and scalabilityLiaise with stakeholders to present architectural roadmaps trade-offs and implementation plansEnsure high availability fault tolerance and disaster recovery for mission-critical systemsDrive continuous improvement by defining reusable frameworks components and patternsPreferred QualificationsAWS Certified Solutions Architect ProfessionalCertified Blockchain Architect or equivalent blockchain certificationsHands-on experience with DevOps tools and practices CI CD Infrastructure as Code Knowledge of UAE security and compliance frameworks e g UAE Cloud First policy Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies and toolsMaster s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related disciplinePosition DetailsPosition Title Technical Architect Location UAE United Arab Emirates Industry Information Technology IT Software Experience Required 8 years 8 10 years of experience in technical architecture or senior engineering roles. Proven experience designing and implementing blockchain solutions in enterprise environments. Expertise in AWS services including EC2, Lambda, VPC, IAM, RDS, and DynamoDB. Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and RESTful API design. Experience with architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or equivalent. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills. Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. Experience working in the UAE or GCC region and familiarity with local regulations and standards.
