Instructional techniques /‘Train‑Trainer’ certificate and/or acceptance/ approval/certification by a civilian/military agency/organization is preferred.SkillsInstructor will have a minimum of three (3) years' experience teaching technical (maintenance) material with a related aircraft/engine/major component manufacturer, or within a military/civilian aircraft maintenance organization, OR Instructor will have a minimum of eight (8) years practical experience in the required discipline (A&P or Avionics) with a demonstrated aptitude for instructing.
