Job Summary Job Summary : We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Waiters / Food Runner to join one of our leading client restaurant in Al Ain. This role is crucial in creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests, delivering exceptional service, and ensuring seamless coordination between the kitchen and service staff. Key Responsibilities Greet and seat guests courteously and provide menus. Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely service. Serve dishes and beverages professionally according to restaurant standards. Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of tables before and after each guest. Upsell menu items and suggest specials to enhance the guest experience. Handle guest queries and resolve complaints politely and promptly. Follow hygiene and safety standards at all times. Support team members and communicate effectively with kitchen staff. Process customer payments and handle billing efficiently. Requirements Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Waitress / food runner in a restaurant or hospitality environment (UAE or GCC experience preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English (Arabic or other language skills are an advantage). Pleasant, well-groomed, and professional appearance. Excellent customer service and multitasking abilities. Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Young, healthy, and hygienic. Benefits Salary : Will be discussed in the interview.
