This role is pivotal in transforming raw data into actionable insights, shaping semantic models, and ensuring data accuracy across enterprise reporting systems. Detailed Job Description As a Data Analyst & Modeller, you will assess source systems, map key datasets, and define KPIs to support enterprise reporting and governance. You will collaborate with data engineering and governance teams to design Silver/Gold layers, document data lineage, and deliver engineering-ready specifications. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex datasets and contribute to strategic decision-making in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Assess source systems, interfaces, and data structures Map datasets, KPIs, and reporting dependencies Document data lineage, dictionaries, and semantic model components Support Silver/Gold layer design and KPI definition with governance teams Deliver engineering-ready specifications and technical documentation Use SQL and data profiling to explore and validate datasets Required Qualifications & Skills 4+ years’ experience in data analytics, product/program management, or CRM/lifecycle marketing Proven success in analytical, data-driven environments Strong SQL, data modelling, and documentation skills Experience with large, complex datasets (healthcare background is a plus) Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Nice-to-Have Skills Familiarity with enterprise BI tools and semantic modelling frameworks Knowledge of data governance and KPI standardization practices Exposure to cloud-based data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) Advanced Excel and visualization tool expertise (Power BI, Tableau) Experience in healthcare or regulated industries Recruitment Pro Tip Highlight your SQL proficiency and experience with semantic modelling in your CV.
