Job Title: Fircosoft Techno Functional/Business AnalystThe role requires a highly experienced professional with exceptional analytical skills to lead in the implementation of sanction screening solutions.The ideal candidate should possess a strong academic background in Economics, Commerce, Business Administration, MIS, IT, or Computer Science.A minimum of 10 years of experience working in a bank or IT company is required, along with at least 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a Compliance role.Key responsibilities include developing and implementing end-to-end solutions for customer and transaction screening across multiple jurisdictions.The selected candidate will have proven ability to work on sanction screening domain from multiple jurisdictions and demonstrate solution implementation around customer and transaction screening.Mandatory experience of implementing Firco sanction screening solutions including Firco Trust, Firco Screen & Keep, and Firco Continuity is essential.We are seeking a compliance expert with excellent knowledge of the compliance domain, strong presentation, and communication skills, and proven delivery skills in requirement gathering and analysis.An academic degree in one of the following fields: Economics, Commerce, Business Administration, MIS, IT, or Computer Science.A minimum of 10 years of experience working in a bank or IT company.At least 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a Compliance role.Proven ability to work on sanction screening domain from multiple jurisdictions.Mandatory experience of implementing Firco sanction screening solutions including Firco Trust, Firco Screen & Keep, and Firco Continuity.
