The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strategic partnerships. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales and business development.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Growth and Partnerships: Grow sales revenue from existing partners/channels, build new partnerships with key players, develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.Direct Customer Sales: Identify and create opportunities to grow sales from direct customers in the MEA region, develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, implement effective sales processes and strategies to drive direct sales.Operations Management: Collaborate with Finance, HR, and Legal departments to ensure smooth operations, oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the region, ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.Market Insights and Offerings: Gather and analyze market insights to identify growth opportunities in new regions, develop and tailor offerings to meet the specific needs of the MEA market, provide strategic recommendations to senior management based on market trends and insights.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
