Audio-Visual Broadcast Manager Drive Studio Operations in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE

Are you an experienced AV professional ready to lead cutting-edge broadcast production in one of the UAE's most dynamic locations? We’re seeking an Audio-Visual Broadcast Manager to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, where you’ll oversee 24/7 studio operations and build world‑class AV workflows in a newly established facility. What You’ll Do Manage the design, installation and commissioning of full SDI/HD audio‑visual studios built for live streaming, including live casino game‑shows and broadcast formats. Lead a dedicated AV team operating on a 24/7 shift basis to maintain, operate and optimize broadcast signal chains, cameras, switchers and transmission links. Oversee the setup of advanced studio environments, including real décor and chroma‑key systems. Maintain and troubleshoot AV infrastructure, ensuring flawless live performance under pressure. Design custom AV circuits, manage signal routing and ensure effective integration with broadcast workflows. Partner with producers, IT engineering and operations to ensure the studio meets performance, quality and safety standards. Mentor your team, set operational KPIs and drive continuous improvement. Who You Are Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven experience managing AV teams (10–20 FTE) and delivering large‑scale studio builds from the ground up. Strong technical background in broadcast‑grade equipment: professional cameras, switchers, SDI infrastructure and chroma‑key systems. Skilled in electronic engineering and AV communication systems. Excellent project management skills and a track record of achieving outcomes under tight deadlines. Creative problem‑solver, calm under pressure and comfortable driving results in a 24/7 live‑studio environment.
