Jig fixture tuningInstall debug and maintain production-line jigs and fixtures adjust tightness travel and positioning in line with real-time production conditions to keep operation smooth without damaging the productOn-site abnormality handlingRespond quickly to process abnormalities reported by line leaders and repair simple mechanical faults on the line to reduce downtimeChangeover supportDuring product changeover assist the line leader in adjusting workstation layout replacing limit samples and matching fixtures and perform preliminary first-article debuggingPreventive inspectionRegularly inspect and lubricate tools air screwdrivers electric drivers and auxiliary equipment in the assigned area to detect and eliminate hidden faults earlyWear-part managementHandle the requisition and replacement of line wear parts nozzles springs locating pins etc and carry out simple on-site repair of damaged fixtures or report them for scrappingImprovement supportBased on operator feedback work with NPI or ME engineers to fine-tune existing simple fixtures or add poka-yoke mistake-proofing devicesOn-site 5SKeep the repair toolbox tidy and clean up the site after repairs ensuring no leftover parts or tools remain on the lineBackgroundTechnical school, secondary technical diploma or above, with a mechanical/electromechanical background.
Experience1-2+ years of front-line maintenance or machine-tuning experience in an electronics factory; e-cigarette, precision-electronics or small-appliance experience preferred.
Hands-on abilityStrong hands-on ability; skilled with manual and power tools (soldering iron, hand drill, hex wrenches, etc.) and an intuitive grasp of mechanical structures.
LanguageBasic English communication (understands basic instructions such as Tighten/Loosen/Broken and reads English equipment labels).
ExecutionFast-reacting; able to locate and fix physical faults quickly in a high-paced production environment.
CommunicationCommunicates well with line leaders and operators and takes on-board front-line feedback.
