Adjunct Faculty in Finance

To teach one course Introduction to Faculty in Finance & Accounting in the BScM program in the Fall 2026 term Responsibilities
Teach undergraduate courses in Introduction to Finance and Accounting (managerial and financial). Develop course materials including syllabi, lectures, assignments, quizzes, and exams. Explain key concepts such as financial statements, budgeting, cost analysis, time value of money, investment decisions, and financial management. Guide students in applying financial and accounting principles to business decision-making. Assess student performance fairly and consistently and provide constructive feedback. Maintain academic integrity and ensure alignment with program learning outcomes and accreditation standards. Support student learning through consultation, office hours, or online platforms.
Skills
Minimum Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a closely related discipline (required). Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CFA are an advantage. University-level teaching experience in finance or accounting (preferred). Strong numerical and analytical skills. Proficiency with financial tools and software (e.g., Excel, accounting systems). Excellent communication and presentation skills. Must currently reside in the UAE and hold own valid residency visa.
