Additionally, experience working with specific ERP‑HCM systems such as Oracle HCM Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar platforms may be preferred, depending on the organization's technology stack.SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES:Oracle Fusion HCM Functional: Core HR, SSHR, Absence Management, Goal Management, Performance Management, HR Help Desk, Oracle Time and Labor, Oracle Guided Learning, and Payroll Management.Oracle Fusion HCM – Technical: OTBI, BI, Alert Composer, HSDL, Autocomplete Rules, Sandboxes, Fast Formulas.Oracle EBS HRMS Functional: Core HR, SSHR, Absence Management, Goal Management, Performance Management, Oracle Time and Labor, and Payroll Management.Oracle EBS Technical Skills: BI Reports & Alerts, Interfaces & Conversions, Extensions & SQL*Loader, Data Definition Reports, Formula Functions & User Hooks, Packages, Functions; and Fast Formulas.Oracle EBS Cross Functional modules: Inventory, Purchase Order, Account Payables, Order Management, Account Receivables, General Ledger and Microsoft Power BI development.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).WORK LOCATION: Dubai Industrial City (DIC)#J-18808-Ljbffr
