Dean of the Artificial Intelligence Research Institute ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning and Research Institute Development: formulate overall development strategy and implementation path for AI technology and applications within the Anton Group, and develop a long‑term roadmap for the Institute. Core Technology R&D and Barrier Building: lead construction of a technology platform that deeply integrates oil and gas with AI, build an external technology ecosystem, secure high‑value patents, and establish industry standard dominance. Productization and Solution Development: guide team to transform technologies into standardized AI products and solutions covering all oil and gas scenarios; develop multiple Anton AI application platforms to drive rapid product replication and commercialization. Market Promotion and Monetization: formulate and execute global market expansion strategies; drive channel development, brand awareness, and online marketing to turn innovative products into commercial success worldwide.Job RequirementsProfessional Background and Experience: Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field; >10 years of technology R&D and management experience, including ≥5 years managing a digital intelligence team; proven record leading AI‑and‑oil‑and‑gas integration projects. Technical Capabilities: experience designing and implementing large‑scale digital intelligence technology platforms from scratch; deep understanding of data ecosystems and operational processes in oil and gas and ability to promote scenario‑based AI application. Global Vision: English fluency for overseas technical exchanges and client reception; broad global perspective on AI and oil‑and‑gas industry dynamics; capacity to share insights at international forums and build global brand influence.
