Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a strong online presence for our brand through various social media platforms
- Engage with our audience on social media by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner
- Create and curate creative content that aligns with our brand's tone and values
- Monitor trends in the digital community space and implement strategies to increase engagement and reach
- Utilize analytics tools to track social media performance and make data-driven decisions to improve our online presence
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop digital campaigns and initiatives that align with our overall marketing strategy
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, updates, and best practices in digital community managementRequirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Proven work experience as a Digital Community Manager or similar role
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box when it comes to content creation
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentThis is a full-time position that offers competitive salary packages. Candidates must have their own visa.
