The Sales Manager will be in charge of setting goals for the team, developing sales strategies, monitoring sales performance, providing feedback to the team, motivating them to reach their targets, building relationships with key customers and creating an atmosphere of trust within the team.In addition, they will be responsible for recruiting new staff members and providing them with training. We are willing to consider an immigrant for this position who has not had any previous experience in sales management. The salary is 1700 AED per month.
