About the Role This role focuses on identifying potential customers, understanding their training needs, and communicating how BOA’s cyber security programs can help them achieve career and business goals. The successful candidate will drive sales of our internationally recognized cyber security certifications across the UAE and GCC region. Key Responsibilities Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and target potential corporate clients and individual professionals. Needs Analysis: Conduct in‑depth consultations to understand training needs, career goals, and security challenges. Solution Selling: Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and unique value proposition of BOA’s programs. Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to negotiation, closing, and post‑sale follow‑up. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships with clients, corporate HR, and L&D departments. Market Intelligence: Stay updated on the latest trends in cyber security and the competitive landscape. Achieving Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, KPIs, revenue goals, and performance metrics set by the Team Leader. Handle class coordination and student queries as needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (preferred). Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a sales role, preferably in selling IT services, software solutions, training programs, or high‑value B2B services. Experience in cyber security sales, ideally from the training and education industry. Strong understanding or keen interest in the cyber security domain. Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self‑starter with a hunter mentality, capable of working independently and in a team. Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office suite. Willingness to travel for client meetings and events. Deep understanding of training academy programs and their alignment with student needs. Knowledge of training and development programs and their impact on individuals and organizations.
