Assistant Manager – Talent Management

The job holder will be responsible for providing support in designing processes and interventions based on needs of the organisation around talent management, organisation development and employee engagement. Key Responsibilities Talent ManagementThe job holder will play a critical role in managing operations around internal talent exchange. Execute talent development process and support succession planning for all key positions. Assess Competencies/Potential for talent segmentation. Design individual development plans for top talent in the organization. Hire interns and graduate trainees from premium schools and develop and deliver management trainee programs. Set succession planning guidelines for critical positions across the group. Develop career paths for growth detailing critical mix of experience and exposure i.e. cross function/location etc.Organisation StructuringDesign and review structures of all businesses and territories across the Group. Develop manpower plans with business heads as per the proposed structure requirements.Employee EngagementDesign, communicate and roll out new processes.QualificationsMasters degree in Business Administration with specialization in Human Resources Management. 3-5 years of Human Resource experience in a generalist profile. Relevant experience in managing Talent Management processes.
