connecting digital leadership across the gcc & middle east Role Overview The role is responsible for driving enterprise software revenue through strategic account management, new business development, and long term client engagement across the Middle East, with a strong focus on Abu Dhabi. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage a robust sales pipeline through proactive lead sourcing, qualification, and inbound lead management. Build and maintain long term relationships with enterprise clients, partners, and prospects, aligning solutions with evolving business and technology needs. Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive new business, customer retention, and revenue growth. Identify, pursue, and close upsell and cross sell opportunities within existing accounts. Collaborate closely with pre sales, engineering, and delivery teams to design tailored solutions for complex client environments. Lead contract negotiations, commercial discussions, renewals, and pricing strategies. Oversee post sale engagement and service delivery to ensure customer satisfaction and long term adoption. Track, analyze, and report on account performance, sales metrics, and revenue trends. Drive post sales support initiatives to ensure successful deployments and ongoing client engagement.Qualifications and Skills10+ years of proven success in enterprise software sales. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred. Strong experience in account management and enterprise sales within the Middle East, with direct exposure to Abu Dhabi markets. Understanding of API management, integration platforms, and IAM technologies is an advantage. Proven ability to build and manage complex sales pipelines and consistently exceed revenue targets. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including C suite engagement. Ability to manage multiple strategic accounts while prioritizing high value opportunities. Strong analytical, problem solving, and commercial decision making skills.
