Responsibilities Develop and execute trading strategies for both fiat and digital currency pairs , with a focus on hedging risk and maximizing profitability . Optimize digital currency quoting strategies to ensure competitive pricing and seamless crypto remote jobs execution. Design hedging and funding routes for multiple fiat currency pairs while balancing risk, pricing, and liquidity. Stay updated on crypto jobs trends , macroeconomic shifts, regulatory changes, and geopolitical factors that impact both fiat and digital markets. Collaborate with internal teams and external liquidity providers to assess real-time market conditions and identify profitable trading opportunities. Maintain clear communication across teams in Chinese and English , ensuring alignment with strategic initiatives. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or a related field . 6-8 years of hands-on experience in trading, hedging, and strategy development , particularly in forex and digital asset markets . Strong risk management acumen to identify and mitigate risks in fast-paced trading environments. Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English to coordinate across teams and external partners.
